Biography



Summary:

Eric Torriente was born in 1981 in Miami Florida. After graduating from New World School of the Arts in Miami Florida, he continued his studies at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Eric Torriente has created universally-themed bodies of work that has resulted in the creation of numerous large collections, each describing various aspects of humanity. Recent portfolios include "Aphrodisian" and "The Great Apparatus".

Statement:
"Expressionism is a unique way of viewing and describing the world. As an Expressionist, I must keep on evolving by exploring new expressionistic styles and subject matter in all mediums to depict the world we live in."
